I'm Hayley! I'm 30 years old, an extrovert who loves all things dark and spooky, but also all things bright and colourful too.

I love to spend my time listening to music, either on my radio or record player, and I love to write, either on my typewriter or my notebooks. I love writing poetry - usually personal poetry or inspired by things I love, such as Alice in Wonderland, Stephen King books, weather. But if anything brings me the most joy, it's music. I cannot explain the amount of happiness it brings me.

I also love to read. I like anything from Stephen King, V.C Andrews and Alice in Wonderland, to ghost stories, factual books on Victorian eras or other historical facts, books about birds, and I LOVE Hans Christian Anderson fairytales. My favourite story in Hans Christian Anderson is "Sunshine Stories".

One of my other hobbies is photography. I have a 1980's refurbished polaroid camera that I love to take photos with.

Another thing that makes me happy is making things, like origami, fixing up clothes with lace trim and buttons, making scrapbooks, making boxed photo frames with dried artificial flowers or paper butterflies. One of my favourite things I made is my paper butterfly hanging mobile. I also learned to finger knit blankets and scarves through watching Youtube videos. I made a sage green blanket and individually hand sew pink roses, and also knitted a white scarf and individually hand sew pink roses to it. One of my favourite dresses is a blue floral sundress that I fixed up by adding white lace and buttons, to make it look like a 70's prairie Gunne Sax style dress.

I like anything dark, Gothic and spooky though too. I'm a massive horror movie fan, love anything to do with the paranormal (ghosts and UFO's), and my favourite genre of music is rock, alternative and metal (though I love older music too, specifically 60's and 70's). I'm also a huge Lady Gaga fan.
